Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing
Credic is provided as a recurring subscription. Billing renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Current public pricing includes RC (KRW 2,900 first month, KRW 3,900/month thereafter), RC Plus (KRW 5,900/month), Speaking (Text, KRW 5,900/month), and RC + Speaking Plus (KRW 8,900/month).
Plan allowances vary by tier and may include tutor turns, RC daily question caps, and speaking session caps. Usage limits are disclosed on the Pricing page.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of charge if there is no meaningful usage record on the paid plan, or if a technical issue prevented access.
For plan tiers with capped monthly allowances (for example, tutor turns or speaking sessions), refund eligibility may be reduced or denied if a substantial portion has already been consumed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be declined for billing periods with substantial usage, repeated refund abuse, or policy violations.
4. Processing Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider and card issuer, processing may take 5–10 business days.
